Cancellation / Refund:

  • We regret to inform that no cancellation or refund will be accepted after payment is made.

Letter of Undertaking for PIPAC Workshop Participants:

  • Registrants attending as hands-off observer will need to provide documentary proofs of RECENT dates vaccinated / serology lab test of the Anti-HBs level, Chest X-ray (for TB indicator), Varicella (2 doses of vaccinated records),  Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) (2 doses of vaccinated records), Influenza and Pertussis.

  • Self-declaration of vaccination and tests are NOT acceptable as evidence of immunity.

  • Registrants will also need to submit a duly signed copy of the Letter of Undertaking (refer to below attached) under the Registration web-page together with your documentary proofs.
